Another great success story from the AECOM 2020 cohort is that of Rachel Turner and Adam Scott. Throughout the program, they built a two-way sponsorship relationship that drove significant outcomes for them both. Rachel highlights that she can now be more vocal and proactive in taking up opportunities, while sponsor Adam found the program an excellent chance to continue his contribution towards creating gender balance in the organisation.
